The location is perfect, just a short walk from the city center and a supermarket. The room was spacious, clean, and even had a balcony, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially the friendly woman with red hair at the reception who made our check-out process easy and pleasant.We were pleasantly surprised by the well-equipped kitchen in the hostel, but with so many inexpensive grill bars nearby, we didn't end up using it much. The free coffee voucher for the Hertz café was a nice touch, allowing us to taste a bit of local flavor without venturing far from the accommodation. The internet connection was reliable, making it easy to stay connected during our stay.Hostel Herz offers comfortable and convenient accommodations in the heart of Banja Luka. With its pet-friendly policy, guests can truly feel at home here. The hostel's cozy rooms, attentive staff, and proximity to key attractions make it a great choice for anyone looking to explore this charming city.
